- the espresso machine and the grinder (their components and operation)
- cleaning, safety and maintenance of equipment
- Extracting perfect espresso.
- the grind adjustment
- the tamping
- the extraction and the timing
- Milk steaming techniques.
- Sampling and making of over 30 espresso/tea based beverages (includes all authentic Italian style drinks as well as our original recipes)*.

- Advice, tips and guidance on:
