I purchased La Pavoni Bar Star 2 grp unit approximately 3 months ago and found it to be wondeful. My cafe serves at least 250 customers a day but at least 150 of them are morning customers. We used to have a 1 group machine before but it was to slow producing necessary morning volume. Bar Star is fast, minimal recovery time - a real star!...
