Just noticed that Impressa Z7 is coming out at the price of current Impressa Z5. I read about it and it seems like it combines best features of Z5 and Z6 with newer technology and very smart look. It is expected in October, just in time for Christmas... I want it.

I also liked BBQ Brushfire BBQ on N. Campbell but on your recommendation went to Famous Daves - ribs are excellent, the same great quality and taste that at the Brushfire - but less expensive - and Dave's sauce is much better, more complex.

I'm also a happy owner of the Capresso Ultima. It has been performing pretty well since 11/2009 for me. I only wish that the steamer would produce a little thicker foam...

Check out the new product by Capresso which is coming very soon and might just be the answer to your problem. It is called Capresso FrothPro and is shown here:

I did purchase this machine from your store and after 3 month I'm still very happy. It is very easy to use and produces a very nice cup of coffee. I highly recommend as a cost alternative to more expensive fully automatic Jura Capresso Centers like Impressa or Ena series. Capresso Ultima features a nice compact design (you could see here):

and for the price might just be the best buy out there and I'm glad I found it.

Is there any correlation between the darkness of the roast and grind adjustment?
In my opinin - yes. Darker roasts grind finer. Example:
When I'm using a medium roast and have the grinder adjusted for my perfect 23 sec  pour and then change to a darker roast I always need to readjust the grinder to a coarser setting, otherwise my pour would be too long.
