I purchased your Capresso Ultima coffee maker 2 months ago for my 75 yr old mother hoping it is as easy to operate as advertised at

We purchase our Ultima with the Black Capresso Conical Infinity Grinder which is a great combination. We are all very grateful for this product and happy that my mom can enjoy her espresso or Americano the easy way.
