make 1 or 2 espresso shots
place 1oz or 2 Tbsp of chocolate powder in a milk steaming pitcher
add 3oz cold milk, then stir up and dissolve the chocolate powder, so it blends with the milk
add more milk so it fills the pitcher to above 1/3 but no more than half
stir some more and steam the milk to 140-150 degrees
pour espresso to 7-8oz coffee cup, then fill the cup with the steamed chocolate milk
optionally add some whipped cream on top

You should use the best quality chocolate powder or better yet a sipping chocolate powder for best results.

Thanks, it worked great with sipping chocolate, much better that with chocolate syrup!
