This machine is not refurbished or factory certified. It is brand new and it was never taken out of the sealed box it came in.

I would like to ask if your Impressa z5 is still available. If in fact it is brand new, I might be interested but cannot spend more than 2,699.00 (shipping to FL included). I've been searching for  Impressa Z5 and ran into factory serviced unit which are available from some etailers but would rather have a brand new one. Please let me know.
