All blends we offer contain only the finest gourmet beans available and use varietals from the world's top 10% arabica coffees that qualify as specialty grade. Since coffee drinking is a very individual experience, we encourage you to try all of our unique selections and you may be surprised when you discover that you prefer a 10.00/lb blend over a 22.00/lb one! PLEASE NOTE: The price of a particular blend doesn't determine its quality!!! Our signature beans are blended in Italy by a master blender and then shipped (still green so they don't get old in shipping) to our roaster in the US. They are roasted in small batches and sent to us 2-3 times a week. We never store hundreds of pounds of coffee.
