This operational preliminary coffee business budget projection based on customer specific data will clearly show the expected profitability of your planned business venture (suitable for coffee house,espresso bar, espresso kiosk, drive thru and other ventures)
- Provide the Customer with a detailed and extensive list of questions relating to his/her particular business venture. The specific data obtained from the Customer will be incorporated into the baseline projection report.
- Prepare a detailed, projected first year start-up and operational expenses analysis report to include but not limited to:
- hours of operation needed
- required staffing and salaries
- operational expenses (maintenance, supplies, permits, etc.)
- projected break-even volume
- Present the menu statistical projection data (based on the Customer's specific geographical location) which shows:
- an average profit per menu item
- an average profit per order/customer
- Show the expected monthly revenues to include daily sales, special events, entertainment and retail sales of coffee, tea and equipment/accessories where applicable.
